Hi, I’m Brian Hoke — a web designer and digital marketing specialist who works closely with Direct Primary Care and concierge medicine professionals building their own practices. How It Started
I started Hoke Web Solutions four years ago alongside my day job — and what began as a single healthcare client turned into a focused practice serving DPC and concierge medicine doctors. That first project opened the door to more work in the field, and over time I found myself working almost exclusively with healthcare professionals, helping them turn their ideas into simple, effective websites that support their practice from day one.
I’ve always enjoyed taking complex ideas and turning them into clear, workable solutions. Every project is a chance to learn someone’s story, understand their goals, and build something that helps them connect with their community and grow their practice.

A Bit More About Me
I’ve lived in Ohio my whole life and enjoy the variety each season brings. I’m a husband and proud dad of three boys. One of my favorite ways to spend time is watching sports with my family — basketball is definitely our favorite.
I also run Concierge Doctor HQ, a directory connecting patients with DPC and concierge medicine practices across the US — which keeps me closely connected to what’s happening in this space.
