Hi! I’m Brian.

I believe a website’s value isn’t just in its design but in the experience it delivers to its users and the value it adds to your business.

I’ve spent over 20 years at Nationwide, where I help lead development builds for our administration system. Day-to-day, I’m focused on ensuring everything runs smoothly for our end users, building solutions that actually work, and maintaining our systems’ efficiency.

In 2021, I decided to branch out and start Hoke Web Solutions. Since then, I’ve been creating websites for clients that not only look great but perform even better.

What drives me in my web development work is finding that sweet spot between beautiful design and solid performance. But here’s the thing – launching a website is just the beginning. The real work happens in the ongoing maintenance and upkeep. I’m pretty meticulous about keeping sites running smoothly and secure, which I think really sets my work apart.

I’m a big believer in collaboration and agile approaches. There’s something powerful about bringing people together and staying flexible – it just leads to better results.

User experience is something I’m passionate about. How someone feels when they visit a website can make or break their entire experience. I also love diving into SEO and data analytics to understand what’s actually working and what isn’t, then using those insights to build strategies that make sense in today’s digital world.

I’ve been lucky to call Worthington, Ohio, home since 2000. My wife and I have been together since 2001, and we have three amazing sons who keep us busy with their high school and college adventures. They constantly surprise us and bring immense joy to our lives.

When I’m not working or spending time with my family, you’ll probably find me watching soccer or tackling a home improvement project. I love getting my hands dirty and figuring out how to fix or build things around the house.
